How it Works

Publish an appointment on Appointment Alert with the corresponding day, time, and provider
Once published, all opted-in patients will receive an email with the appointment details- this prevents staff from needing to call patients who cannot come in from a typical ineffective cancellation list
The patient will be provided with the office phone number so they can easily call in to get scheduled. Appointment Alert will hold their appointment to prevent multiple patients from claiming one appointment.
